Street Lighting Maintenance

We use specialised Non-Destructive Testing tools for the detection and estimation of corrosion damage at ground level and below, to the root of the column, alleviating the need for excavation. Moreover, our test results will ascertain the risk category, life expectancy and retest period of each column, whilst highlighting dangerous columns immediately.

Dependant on the type of testing required we use a variety of methods, including, visual inspection, ultrasonics, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic thickness, dye penetrant and flooded member, to test high masts, floodlights, flanged bridge mounted, cast, aluminium, concrete columns and other metal structures.

To compliment our other services, we provide electrical testing of lighting columns and other highways structures such as beacons.
